Job summary

Trulieve in Quincy, FL is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to label, package, and ship products in a production-scale medical cannabis facility. You will ensure accurate labeling and maintain production workflows to meet daily goals in a compliant environment.

This hourly, non-exempt role requires attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and teamwork. We offer comprehensive benefits and PTO; candidates must be 21+ and able to pass background screening.

Qualifications

• Production experience in manufacturing/shipping operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay on task.
• Minimum 1–2 years in a manufacturing/shipping environment.
• Ability to read and follow procedures and instructions.
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Label, package, or ship products in a production scale medical cannabis facility.
• Label management: create, review, and ensure accuracy of labels.
• Maintain daily inventories of labels, reprints, usage, and waste.
• Restock printheads, ink, and labels as needed.
• Complete daily print jobs with high quality labels.
• Document approvals and complete daily logs including re-works.
• Operate printers and coordinate repairs as necessary.
• Package cannabis derivatives into containers accurately.
• Label containers correctly and prepare products for stores.
• Inspect products to ensure labels are present.
• Organize Finished Goods racks and pull orders for packaging.
• Move work orders to storage locations.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment per standards.
• All other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for labeling, packaging, or shipping products in a production scale medical cannabis facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains quality standards by creating labels, calculating cannabinoids, maintaining printers, and programs
• Reviews strain names, types, variables, and overall quality of labels
• Keeps daily inventories of all labels created, reprinted, used, wasted, and rejects
• Restocking all inventory such as printheads, ink, and labels
• Completing daily print jobs in a timely manner, while maintaining a high quality of all labels
• Document labels approved and complete daily logs, summarizing re-works
• Keeps printer equipment operating by following operating instructions, calling for repairs
• Responsible for properly packaging various types of medical marijuana derivatives into the appropriate container accurately and efficiently
• Label containers with the appropriate labels
• Packaging products in totes for stores
• Inspecting product to ensure all labels are present
• Organize Finished Goods racks
• Pull orders for Packaging department
• Move work orders to storage locations
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a production environment and meet production goals
• Ability to focus, stay on task, and continuously demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
• A working knowledge of the manufacturing/shipping operations, usually resulting from a minimum of 1-2 years of experience
• Ability to read and understand procedures and follow verbal and written instructions
• Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of manufacturing type of machinery
• Ability to work in team-environment and strong communication skills are a must
• Great attention to detail

Additional Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
• Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks
• Must be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater)
• Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as reading, viewing a computer terminal, and visual inspection involving small parts/details
• Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise)
