Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate for a full-time temp-to-hire or seasonal role. You will process, pick, pack, and ship orders, including large LTL shipments, in a fast-paced warehouse with a small-team environment.

Shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with pay $20–$22 per hour. Prior fulfillment experience and ability to lift up to 40 lbs are preferred. Opportunities to convert to permanent roles exist.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in fulfillment or related warehouse roles.
• Experience with pick/pack fulfillment or LTL order processing.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle boxes up to 40 lbs; no degree required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship light to medium-weight products efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare and process large Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) orders.
• Safely lift and handle boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Utilize multiple shipping programs and computer systems as needed.
• Handle a variety of daily warehouse tasks based on production needs.
• Take direction, work independently, and stay focused during shift.

Terms

Spherion is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate for a full-time temp to hire and a temporary seasonal position. The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for processing, picking, packing, and shipping light to medium-weight products and large freight orders using specialized shipping software and computer systems. Working in a small-team environment, the associate handles a variety of daily warehouse tasks to ensure accurate, on-time holiday product fulfillment.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Pay: $20-$22/HR

There are 2 openings available, one will be long term and temp to hire and the other is seasonal and potentially through the holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship light to medium-weight products efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare and process large Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) orders.
• Safely lift and handle boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Utilize multiple shipping programs and word processing software on a computer for a majority of the workday as needed.
• Comfortably handle a variety of dynamic warehouse tasks based on daily production needs.
• Take clear direction, work independently, and remain focused and on-task throughout the shift.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills

• Prior experience with pick/pack fulfillment or LTL order processing.
• Ability to adapt quickly to varying daily tasks and seasonal workflow changes.

• Computer Proficiency: Comfort and familiarity using desktop computers, shipping applications, and word processing software.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift, move, and handle boxes weighing up to 40 lbs, at times consistently.
• Independent Execution: Ability to follow instructions carefully while working productively without constant supervision.
