Job summary

Charles D. Sheehy is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join our Distribution team in Bloomfield. You will pick, prepare, and stage materials for delivery, verify orders for accuracy, and support loading trucks in a fast-paced warehouse.

No prior warehouse experience required—training provided. A high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, and good English reading/writing are needed. You will work with a close-knit team in a safety‑driven environment and have opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or training provided.
• 1 year warehouse experience preferred but not required; training available.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must read/write basic English.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Pick, prepare, and stage materials for delivery.
• Verify outbound orders for accuracy.
• Assist with loading trucks and unloading as needed.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Pitch in with other tasks as needed.

Currently, we are seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join our Distribution team to fulfill orders for our customers.
