Job summary

Sodexo at the University of Vermont in Burlington is seeking a Fulfillment and Delivery Supervisor to coordinate daily operations, oversee fulfillment, deliveries, and safety, and drive quality and productivity.

You will supervise route assignments, manage vehicle maintenance, support management, and ensure shifts run on time with a focus on a healthy, safe work environment. The role requires 2–4 years in warehouse/transport or related field, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, transportation, purchasing, customer service or related supply chain function.
• Valid state driver’s license preferred.
• Food handler card / ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight at the direction of management onsite to coordinate routine work activities of employees engaged in operations, fulfillment, deliveries, and services at various locations.
• Supervise route assignments, route delivery, and transportation activities to ensure timely deliveries.
• Control vehicle maintenance schedules and records, including accident reporting and vehicle inspections as required by contracts and regulations.
• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of employees and key functions.
• Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
