We’re excited to announce that MVEF is hiring an Executive Assistant to the Executive Director—a high-impact, detail-driven position that will play a vital role in advancing our mission of supporting Mt. Vernon Community Schools.

This role isn’t just about administrative support—it’s about being a strategic partner in the work of educational excellence, community connection, and organizational growth.

🔹 About the Role

The Executive Assistant will serve as the organizational right-hand to the Executive Director. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, values purpose-driven work, and understands the power of precision, preparation, and partnership.

Whether helping coordinate major donor outreach, preparing materials for board meetings, or juggling a busy calendar filled with impactful initiatives, you’ll be at the center of it all, making a difference behind the scenes.
