Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain fueling equipment and related systems at our Tennessee locations. The role involves performing preventative maintenance, calibration, and ensuring a safe, efficient work site.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of maintenance experience, with proficiency in using hand and power tools and basic MS Office applications.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in the maintenance field preferred.
• Able to use hand/electric cart and power/hand tools.
• Must be computer literate in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain fueling equipment and related gasoline systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and calibration as needed.
• Document actions and communicate issues to team; participate in training on new equipment.

Essential Functions

Maintains fueling equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning and maintaining gasoline related equipment; provides preventive maintenance. Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. Perform preventative maintenance and may include dispenser calibration. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs. Will be required to participate in training for existing and new equipment. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Increases professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reading professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing Financial and Key Result Area targets pursuant to Company plan guidelines.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED or related field preferred. Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted. 3-5 years' experience in the maintenance field or more preferred. Able to use hand/electric cart. Able to use power and hand tools. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple, changing priorities. Ability to work independently in high priority, confidential, demanding business environment. Must have a valid driver's license and must be insurable as a driver. Must be computer literate in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
