Job summary

GA Telesis, LLC is seeking an experienced Fuel Technician to join its CRG team in Miami, FL. The role focuses on maintaining aviation fuel components in accordance with component maintenance manuals, with responsibilities across testing, repairs, and overhauls to ensure flightworthiness.

Eligibility note: United States Citizens or Permanent Residents preferred. A&P certification is desirable, with proficiency in OEM data and QuantumControl software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; A&P certification preferred and capable of full maintenance per OEM data.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Suite are expected.
• Trade school certifications relevant to aviation MRO are required or preferred.
• Experience with Aviation MRO software QuantumControl is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform fuel component testing, repairs, overhauls, or alterations per parts 43 and 145 CFR.
• Document procedures and ensure compliance with contractual/regulatory requirements.
• Conduct validation/verification testing of systems and components.
• Troubleshoot complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to locate faults and repair components.
• Inspect repaired components to verify flightworthiness requirements.

GA Telesis MRO Services Component Repair Group (CRG) is committed to providing the most comprehensive aircraft maintenance, repair, overhaul, and logistic support services to the commercial rotor and fixed-wing aircraft markets. We are seeking an experienced Fuel Technician to join our award‑winning team with a focus on the maintenance of aviation fuel components in accordance with component maintenance manual instructions (C.M.M.). This position is based in Miami, Florida.

Important Notice: Eligibility Requirement: Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• To accomplish fuel component testing, repairs, overhauls, and/or alterations in accordance with parts 43 and 145 in the Code of Federal Regulations, with particular emphasis on fuel‑controlled actuation, pumps, valves, controls, HMU's, etc.
• Documents procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, test results, applicable modifications, and inspection results).
• Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components.
• Troubleshoots complex pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
• Inspects components and verify repairs for flightworthiness requirements.
