Role partners with suppliers, program teams, labs, CAE, and manufacturing to drive quality, weight reduction, and process improvements; travel up to 20% is expected. Immigration sponsorship is available through STG.

The Design Release Engineer is responsible for the design, development, advance product & quality planning (APQP), and production release of a system/component within Fuels Systems: Fuel/urea tanks and fuel/urea delivery modules.
Other responsibilities include quality improvements, value optimization, weight reduction, and other efficiency improvement initiatives including communicating technical product status to management.
The Design Release Engineer interacts with suppliers and works closely with internal and external groups such as vehicle program team, testing & prototype labs, CAE engineers, supplier operations, and manufacturing plants.
