Qualifications

• Strong customer service, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise, train, schedule, and direct Fuel Station staff.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math, cash handling, and inventory management aptitude.
• Familiarity with Fuel Station safety and emergency procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly service.
• Leads the daily operation of the Fuel Station and enforces company standards.
• Assists customers with fuel purchases, merchandise, payments and questions about Fuel Station services.
• Supervises, trains, assigns duties to Fuel Station employees, ensuring coverage.
• Coaches staff on customer service expectations, safety, cash handling and standards.
• Monitors productivity and evaluates performance.
• Ensures displays, stocking and pricing are accurate and up-to-date.
• Keeps inventory, shrink and costs under control.
