Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Fuel Associate to greet customers at the fuel pumps, process cash and card payments accurately, and keep the fueling area tidy and safe for everyone.

You will work as part of a friendly team, follow safety procedures, monitor pumps, and support the brand standard of putting people first. The position offers flexible schedules and competitive hourly pay with a $1.50 shift differential for overnight hours, and benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist them at the fuel pumps.
• Process cash and credit payments accurately while keeping cash levels in check.
• Sweep, power wash, and tidy up to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
• Monitor fuel pumps, replace receipt paper, and follow safety procedures.
