Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Fuel station experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Adaptable to different situations and shifting priorities with rapid change.
• Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Moves, lifts, carries and places merchandise weighing up to 40 pounds without assistance.
• Stands and walks continuously during shift.
• Employment may be contingent upon background checks.

Responsibilities

• Process Transactions – quickly and efficiently process transactions by giving the customer undivided attention and following company guidelines.
• Replenishment & Inventory Procedures – assist with ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing and inventory prep.
• Perform Proper Bagging Techniques – bag items separately for safety and quality, ensuring items reach customers in good condition.
• Provide Services – identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions and remind them of store services or events.
• Problem Solving – define issues upfront and use critical thinking to maintain answers.
• Safety/Quality Orientation – maintain high quality and follow safety procedures.
• Building Relationships – develop and foster relationships with customers and coworkers.
