Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Fuel Associate to deliver a friendly, efficient, and safe customer experience at the fuel court in a fast-paced environment. You will greet customers, assist at pumps, and ensure a clean, welcoming space, while handling payments with accuracy and attention to cash control.

This role reinforces Wawa’s people-first brand and commitment to doing the right thing. You will monitor pumps, replenish receipt paper, and follow safety procedures to protect customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist them at the fuel pumps.
• Process cash and credit payments accurately while keeping cash levels in check.
• Sweep, power wash, and tidy up to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
• Monitor fuel pumps, replace receipt paper, and follow safety procedures to protect our customers and team.
