Job summary

United Uptime Services is seeking a skilled Petroleum Field Technician to service and maintain UST/AST systems at retail fueling centers in the Albuquerque, NM area. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with petroleum equipment service and maintenance; related certifications are highly preferred.
• Gilbarco Certification is REQUIRED.
• Experience with Verifone, Passport, and Ruby POS systems.
• Familiarity with Veeder Root and Franklin Evos tank monitoring systems.
• Experience with Red Jacket and Franklin motors and controllers.
• On-call availability and ability to maintain strong client relationships.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must pass drug test, background and DMVR check.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on UST/AST systems at fueling centers.
• Take daily directions from the Service Manager or Dispatcher.
• Respond to after-hours on-call service requests.
• Complete prerequisite work to obtain/maintain OEM certifications.
• Follow customer safety and housekeeping protocols.

We're experiencing significant growth and seeking skilled Petroleum Service Technicians to join our team in the Albuquerque, NM and surrounding areas!

What You'll Do:

• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on UST/AST systems and components at retail/commercial fueling centers including dispensers, pumps, controllers, POS consoles, printers, fuel management systems, leak detection equipment, lighting and electrical systems, valves, piping and more!

• Take daily directions from the Service Manager or Service Dispatcher

• Respond to after-hours emergency service requests for "site down" or other priority situations in an on-call rotation

• Perform required prerequisite work necessary to obtain and maintain certification from original equipment manufacturers

• Follow all customer protocols and procedures include customers safety and housekeeping guidelines

What We're Looking For:

• Industry Experience: Experience with petroleum equipment service and maintenance, along with certifications in the following areas, is highly preferred.

• Gilbarco Certification (REQUIRED)

• Verifone, Passport, Ruby point-of-sale systems

• Veeder Root, Franklin Evos tank monitoring systems

• Red Jacket, Franklin motors and controllers

Customer Service Driven:

• Available to be on call and capable of completing all work efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships

A Strong Educational Foundation:

• High school diploma or GED required

Pre-Employment Testing:

• Must pass drug test, background and DMVR check.
