TravelCenters of America is seeking a Customer Service Parking Attendant to assist professional drivers using the Reserve-It parking program with arrival, parking and general information. You will help keep parking lot and fuel island areas clean when not assisting with Reserve-It tasks, and follow established customer service procedures.

The role requires strong verbal communication, cash handling skills, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Assist Professional Drivers using Reserve-It parking with arrival, parking and information.
• Maintain parking lot and fuel island cleanliness when not handling Reserve-It tasks.
• Follow the customer service sequence per Operation Manuals.
• Prioritize work based on customer and management needs.
• Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe situations.
• Communicate effectively with management and co-workers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

TravelCenters of America offers a convenient, one-stop shopping experience to our customers. We carry a wide selection of name-brand products, and are stocked with Grab ‘N Go foods, groceries, snacks, electronics, maintenance supplies, and even clothing and gifts! The Customer Service Parking Attendant is a key member of the team responsible for assisting professional drivers who use our Reserve-It parking program with arrival, parking and general information. They ensure a pleasant environment for our customers so that we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came!

In this role, you can expect to:

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
• Assist Professional Drivers who use our Reserve-It parking program with arrival, parking and general information
• Maintains Parking Lot cleanliness, and Fuel Island cleanliness when not assisting with Reserve-It functions. Follows the proper customer service sequence as outlined in the Operation Manuals.
• Prioritize your work according to the customer and management needs
• Know and follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations caused by employees and customers
• Establish strong communication and rapport with management team and co-workers
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Typical Physical Demands

In this role, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear.
