Westinghouse Electric Company in South Carolina seeks a Fuel Program Manager to align customer requirements with contract value, leveraging engineering and commercial expertise. The role is hybrid, reporting to the Senior Fuel Portfolio Manager, and requires coordinating across departments and managing complex nuclear fuel projects.

You will lead order execution, billing planning, and revenue targets, while staying current with fuel manufacturing knowledge and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Deliverable status, issues, and technical positions to customers.
• Experience, within the nuclear industry helpful
• Knowledge of fuel manufacturing, reload engineering, Nuclear Fuel products and services, commercial operations, and financial planning helpful
• Prior customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer technical and delivery requirements while maximizing contract value.
• Serve as primary engineering and commercial contact for contract communications.
• Lead major Nuclear Fuel delivery activities, including order execution.
• Maintain billing plans and support revenue targets, including EBITDA.
• Update financial, business, and demand planning systems.
• Provide periodic updates using customer scorecards.
• Track contract scope and knowledge of Nuclear Fuel contracts, products, and services.
• Prepare Job Order Documents and support proposal development, contract negotiations, and cross-department coordination.
• Arrange assignment of engineering resources for technical challenges.
• Use SAP, ENOVIA, EDMS to achieve department goals.

About The Role

As a Fuel Program Manager, you will help meet customer technical and delivery requirements while maximizing contract value. We ask that you have engineering and commercial expertise, frequent customer engagement, coordination across departments. You will report to the Senior Fuel Portfolio Manager, and work a hybrid role based in Colombia, SC.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customer technical and delivery requirements are met while maximizing contract value.
• Be the primary engineering and commercial contact for all contract-related communications.
• Lead major Nuclear Fuel delivery activities, including order execution and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate billing plans and support financial targets, including revenue recognition and EBITDA.
• Update financial, business, and demand planning systems.
• Use customer scorecards and provide periodic updates to management.
• Track contract work scope and maintain knowledge of Nuclear Fuel contracts, products, and services.
• Prepare Job Order Documents for each fuel reload. Communicate customer needs to team members and support proposal development, contract negotiations, and cross-department coordination.
• Facilitate assignment of engineering resources for technical challenges.
• Use SAP, ENOVIA, EDMS, and related tools to achieve department goals.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $103,200 to $129,000 per year.
