Responsibilities

• Disptach drivers and schedule daily workload.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Answer incoming calls promptly.
• Conduct phone sales.
• Enter data in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Manage fuel inventory control.
• Audit driver logs and warehouse paperwork daily.
• Oversee shipping, receiving and repackaging as needed.
• Assist drivers with loading/unloading.
• Schedule fuel tank deliveries and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure DOT compliance and enforce company rules.
