Wawa, Inc. in Absecon, NJ invites you to join as a Fuel Associate (FA). You’ll greet customers, handle payments, keep a clean, safe fuel court, and help ensure each guest has a quick, friendly experience.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($16.50–$20.25) with a $1.50 shift differential for overnight hours, plus a comprehensive benefits program and opportunities to grow with a winning, employee-owned team.

Qualifications

• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist them at the fuel pumps.
• Process cash and credit payments accurately while keeping cash levels in check.
• Sweep, power wash, and tidy up to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
• Monitor fuel pumps, replace receipt paper, and follow safety procedures to protect our customers and team.
