Job summary

Centra Sota Cooperative in Albany, Minnesota is seeking a Fleet Mechanic & Trainer to join our team. This role blends hands-on diagnostics and repair with training and mentoring to reduce outsourcing costs and strengthen our in-house expertise.

The position requires a valid Class B CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements, plus proficient computer skills. You will perform deliveries, inspections, maintenance reporting, and work closely with employees, supervisors, and customers to

• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn additional operational software programs.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and efficient delivery of bulk fuel and energy related products.
• Perform deliveries in such a manner as to maintain good customer relations.
• Accurately complete all invoices and related paperwork in a timely manner.
• Know and follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform work in a safe manner.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Report all maintenance items to supervisor.

What You'll Do
