Job summary

Southern States Cooperative is hiring a delivery professional to serve our customers in Eminence, KY. You will operate company vehicles to deliver heating oil, kerosene, diesel, and gasoline, with potential propane loads, while following DOT regulations.

Responsibilities include loading, calibrating equipment, and maintaining accurate fuel records. A CDL Class C/B and a High School diploma or GED are required or preferred, with benefits including health, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must hold CDL Class C or Class B license.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating a commercial motor vehicle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with facility leadership regarding delivery dispatching, installation and service of fuel products and equipment.
• Operate SSC commercial motor vehicles delivering fuel products (heating oil, kerosene, diesel, gasoline) and possibly propane.
• Load fuel for delivery; handle, lift and load/unload equipment; calibrate equipment and maintain fuel distribution records.
• Provide safe, reliable delivery to customers per work orders and account service plans.
