Job summary

Irving Oil is seeking a Fuel Delivery Driver in New Hampshire to join our Dispatch Team in delivering fuel to residential and commercial customers. You will load the truck, follow daily routes, and perform pre/post-trip inspections while complying with DOT regulations.

The role emphasizes safety, on-the-job training, and a competitive compensation package including an annual bonus plan and a sign-on bonus. Local routes and a supportive work environment are highlighted.

Qualifications

• 1) CDL Class A or B license with Hazmat & Tanker endorsements is required or in process.
• 2) Minimum 2 years of Commercial Transportation experience with liquid loads preferred.
• 3) High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a delivery truck while adhering to DOT regulations and procedures.
• Coordinate with Dispatch Team to deliver products to residential and commercial customers.
• Follow daily routes using knowledge of geography, routes, zones, streets, etc.
• Load truck with required product while following safety policies at loading site.
• Complete daily shift report, pre- and post-trip inspections and required paperwork.

Job description

As a Fuel Delivery Driver, you will work with our Dispatch team to deliver product safely to our residential and commercial customers. Your goal will be to provide a meaningful and essential service to our Irving Energy customers in a safety focused environment. Your success will depend on your ability to adhere to daily routes, load the fuel truck, and complete pre-and post-trip inspections while maintaining all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and procedures.

Your Responsibilities

• Driving a delivery truck while adhering to all DOT regulations and procedures
• Working with our Dispatch Team in delivering products to residential and commercial customers
• Following a daily route using knowledge of geography, routes, zones, streets, etc.
• Loading truck with required product while adhering to all safety policies and procedures at loading site/bulk plant
• Completion of daily shift report, pre and post trip inspections and any required paperwork

Your Experience

• A valid CDL Class A or Class B Driver’s License with Hazmat & Tanker endorsements
• Minimum 2 years Commercial Transportation experience required and experience with liquid loads is an asset
• High school diploma or G.E.D. required

The expected hourly range for this position is $28.50-$31.50. Placement within range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
