Job summary

Southern States Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a dedicated driver to operate commercial motor vehicles delivering fuel products to customers. You will follow SSC procedures, communicate with facility leadership, and ensure service and installation of equipment where needed.

Education required is a High School Diploma or GED, with preferred experience in fuel delivery; candidates must hold a CDL, hazmat endorsement, and possibly a tanker endorsement. Competitive benefits accompany this role.

Requires Commercial Driver's License.
Requires Hazardous Materials Endorsement.
May require Tanker Endorsement.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular communication with facility leadership regarding delivery dispatching, installation and service of fuel products and equipment.
Effectively operate SSC commercial motor vehicles carrying fuel products, including heating oil, kerosene, diesel, and/or gasoline, and may transport liquid propane.
Comply with all U.S. DOT regulations for operating a commercial vehicle.
