Job summary

H&S Energy Group is hiring a Fuel Attendant & Customer Service Representative in Grants Pass, OR. You will support store and fueling station operations, assist customers inside and outside, and maintain a clean, safe environment while following company safety standards.

Role includes handling fuel and propane dispensing, cash transactions, and POS operations with adherence to safety protocols. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends, with potential shifts listed (2:00PM-10:00PM or

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous retail, fuel service, or customer service experience preferred.
Basic understanding of fuel safety and compliance procedures preferred.
Ability to complete propane training as required by state/local regulation.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing a welcoming experience.
Deliver efficient, friendly service at checkout and during fueling interactions.
Provide assistance with fueling, propane dispensing, and other customer needs.
Handle customer inquiries or concerns and elevate to management as needed.
Safely operate fuel pumps and propane dispensers following safety regulations.
Verify proper fuel types and pump markings for accuracy.
Monitor fueling area for leaks, spills, or hazards and report incidents.
