Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Fuel Construction Foreman to lead field operations, supervise crews and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery. You will coordinate materials, equipment, inspections, and daily safety meetings while representing TAIT professionally at every site.

The role requires 3–5 years in commercial petroleum construction, strong leadership, and the ability to read plans and technical docs; travel is involved with company-covered expenses.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising commercial petroleum construction or similar field supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical documents.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in daily field operations.
• Supervise crews and subcontractors to ensure safe, correct work.
• Coordinate materials, rentals, and deliveries.
• Inspect materials and equipment for quality on arrival.
• Schedule inspectors and manage the inspection process.
• Lead daily safety meetings and enforce safety rules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure site.
• Track schedules, labor hours, and productivity.
• Communicate with Project Managers and Construction Managers.
• Document progress with daily photo reporting.
