Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Store Associate at the Salem fuel center to assist customers, operate the register, pump gas, and maintain neatness and safety. You will perform daily tours, complete incident and security reports, and support displays while upholding company standards.

You will respond to phones, follow safety guidelines, learn emergency procedures, and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes honesty, integrity, and customer service, with opportunities for growth

Job description

Assist customers and manage cash register. Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center. Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

• Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
• Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.
