Job summary

Kroger in Marietta, GA is seeking a service-oriented associate for fuel center operations. You will assist customers, pump gas, operate the cash register, and ensure the fuel area remains clean and compliant with safety standards.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, incident reporting, and answering phones while maintaining policy and safety guidelines. This role requires teamwork and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment with integrity.

• Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.

• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
• Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.

Job description

Assist customers and manage cash register. Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center. Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
