Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking team-oriented associates to support fuel center operations and customer service. You will assist customers, operate the register, pump gas, perform daily tours, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and manage cash register.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center.
• Recover stock and fill out incident and security reports.
• Maintain compliance documentation.
• Demonstrate Kroger values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
• Model Customer 1st behavior and encourage others to deliver excellent service.
• Pump gas and perform daily tour and inspection.
• Fill out incident and security reports; clean spills.
• Recover displays and maintain department cleanliness.
• Perform cashier functions and answer telephones.
• Comply with corporate policies and safety guidelines.
• Support company initiatives and know emergency procedures.
• Work cooperatively in high paced or stressful environments and handle conflicts calmly.
• Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
