H&S Energy Group is seeking a Fuel Attendant & Customer Service Representative in Bend, Oregon. This role supports daily store and fueling operations, delivering friendly service while ensuring safety and adherence to company standards.

You will assist customers inside and outside, handle POS transactions, and help maintain a clean, safe environment. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide efficient service at checkout and fueling interactions.
• Communicate promotions, loyalty programs, and product recommendations.
• Assist with fueling, propane dispensing, and other customer needs.
• Handle inquiries and escalate to management when needed.
• Safely operate fuel pumps and propane dispensers per safety regulations.
• Verify fuel types and monitor for leaks or hazards; report incidents.
• Follow emergency shutoff procedures and maintain training and certifications.
• Process transactions via POS; perform cash counts and safe drops.
• Verify IDs for restricted sales and ensure cash-handling compliance.
• Keep store and fueling area clean; restock supplies and maintain restrooms.
• Report maintenance issues promptly; assist with deliveries and stocking.
• Support promotions and follow company policies and standards.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous retail/fuel/customer service experience preferred

Basic fuel safety knowledge preferred

Propane training ability as required by state/local regulation
