Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Fuel Associate to greet customers at the fuel pumps, handle payments, and maintain a clean, safe environment. You’ll contribute to a welcoming, friendly store culture and support daily operations at the fuel court.

You will be paid hourly with a shift differential for overnight hours, and eligible for extensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and education assistance. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and customer-first service.

Qualifications

• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist them at the fuel pumps.
• Process cash and credit payments accurately while keeping cash levels in check.
• Sweep, power wash, and tidy up to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
• Monitor fuel pumps, replace receipt paper, and follow safety procedures to protect customers and team.
