Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Fuel Associate to create a friendly, efficient, and safe experience at the fuel court. You’ll greet customers, handle payments, and keep the area clean while upholding our brand values of people-first service.

Role includes hourly pay with shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants must be 16+, eligible for the benefits described, and able to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist them at the fuel pumps.
• Process cash and credit payments accurately while keeping cash levels in check.
• Sweep, power wash, and tidy up to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
• Monitor fuel pumps, replace receipt paper, and follow safety procedures to protect our customers and team.
