Leidos’ Defense Sector is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in Huntsville Alabama designing the next generation of air defense launchers to protect America and its allies. You will design unique hardware for the Fires Technology Acceleration Program within the US Army’s Indirect Fire Protection Capability (IFPC Inc 2) portfolio. You will use Creo CAD software and Windchill PLM software daily to turn ideas into designs. Then you’ll work alongside the production team to turn your designs into hardware. You might be asked to help integrate and install the hardware, and then you’ll work with the testing team to put your hardware into action. This is not your average engineering position. You will work on a team of the most talented engineers in the region who push you to be better every day. Pay Range $107,900.00 - $195,050.00
