Job summary

PMM Companies is seeking a supervisor for the Kaiser Permanente Fair Oaks location. You will oversee janitorial cleaning, supervise staff, and ensure sanitation and safety in line with company standards and government regulations.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:00pm to 12:30am, with an hourly pay rate of $20.21. Fluent English and knowledge of cleaning procedures are required to deliver consistent service and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of janitorial cleaning required.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience supervising janitorial staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign cleaning tasks and establish priorities; adjust as occupancy changes or for emergencies.
• Oversee cleaning of rooms, departments and common areas; ensure sanitation and safety per standards.
• Ensure employees follow clock in/out procedures and report hours accurately for payroll.

Oversees, monitors, and participates in the cleaning of assigned rooms, departments and common areas within the assigned job site. Directs and participates in the overall sanitation and safety of the facility and employees in accordance with company standards and government regulations.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:00pm - 12:30am

Payrate Hourly Range: $20.21

What will you do:

• General Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Determines cleaning assignments and establishes priorities; adjusts assignments based on changes in room occupancy or emergency clean-up requests; maintains accurate record of assignments. Realigns job duties and areas of responsibility as needed when staffing levels demand.
• Ensure your team meets the cleaning needs of each department/area we serve.
• Ensure employees follow proper clock in and out procedures.
• Follows work procedures and expedites workflow to ensure timely, efficient service; communicates room completion and availability.
• Responsible for fostering successful client relationships.
• Responsible for service quality delivered to client.
• Oversees the productivity and breaks of associates; communicates performance issues to management.
• Inspects rooms, common areas and stock rooms, and approves employee work performance; performs or delegates appropriate corrective action satisfaction.
• Responsible for following company guidelines when training and developing your team.
• Responsible for ensuring your teams accurate and timely reporting of hours for automated payroll system.
• Manage supplies to ensure inventory par level is maintained.
• Complete assignments as directed by management.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 to 50 pounds.
