Job summary

Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA seeks an experienced CT technologist to perform CT and CT-guided interventional procedures under the direction of a qualified physician. You will educate patients and families, operate equipment safely, and maintain accurate department documentation.

Advanced CT registry (ARRT or CNMT) must be obtained within two years of hire; CT registry is required within two years. Education: ALD Radiologic Sciences or trade school certificate.

Advanced CT registry in ARRT or CNMT to be obtained within two (2) years of hire (to include mergers and acquisitions). ARRT or CNMT is required. Staff within Sentara CarePlex, must obtain CT registry by 11/1/2016.

Certification / Licensure

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $38.74 - $58.21 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
