Job summary

Western Bank in Abilene, TX is seeking an entry-level Teller to greet customers, process transactions, and maintain cash accuracy. This full-time, in-person role supports daily branch operations and customer service standards.

The Teller will follow all policies, handle deposits and withdrawals, and contribute to a secure and welcoming banking experience for our customers. Evening and Saturday shifts may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays if required.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and ability to learn bank systems.
