Job summary

Tory Burch North Charleston is seeking a Support Supervisor to assist front- and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead a dedicated team and ensure exceptional service that reflects our brand. This role focuses on delivering a transformational customer experience across our store.

You’ll manage daily tasks, act as a greeter, cashier, and provide guidance to maintain store standards. Competitive pay and growth within a purpose-led luxury brand await.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in high-volume, customer-driven retail.
• Must have open availability for a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

A Day In The Life: The typical day is… atypical. You might be acting greeter, runner, cashier, answering phones, understanding and executing operational policies and procedures, packing/unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and the smooth running of the store. As the Support Supervisor, you lead by example, managing conflict and identify opportunities to support the team in delivering a transformational customer experience. • 2 to 4 years experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment, stock-related experience a plus
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Compensation Range

Compensation Range The compensation range for this position is 17.00 USD - 21.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
