Schedule: Monday to Friday 12:00 PM–9:00 PM

Pay Rate: $19.50/hourly

Job Summary: As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a team of cleaners to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned premises. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for both employees and visitors. The Cleaner Supervisor is expected to lead by example, providing guidance and support to the cleaning staff while ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Leadership:

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of cleaners.
• Provide training for new staff members and ensure ongoing training for the team.

5. Health and Safety Compliance:

• Enforce safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
• Train staff on proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Investigate and report any accidents or incidents promptly.

6. Communication:

• Liaise with facility management and other relevant stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with cleaning staff to relay expectations and updates.
• Address and resolve any concerns or conflicts within the team.

7. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, schedules, and inventory.
• Prepare reports on team performance and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
