Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time split-position primarily in Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care settings in New Jersey.

Compensation is $42.00 - $52.00 per hour with a full-time schedule and comprehensive benefits. Immigration support for H1B candidates is available, along with professional development opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license as Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
