Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is seeking an experienced Security Officer to join our Creston, Iowa team for a full-time night shift (6:00pm–6:00am). You will monitor premises, enforce rules, and respond to emergencies in a variety of settings.

The ideal candidate is at least 18, familiar with security equipment, able to handle physical workloads, and committed to integrity and excellent service. Training is provided, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

Now Hiring Full-time Security Officer For

Third Shift (6:00pm-6:00am) for 40 hours a week. This position works a varied schedule throughout the week but consistently works from 6:00pm to 6:00am every week. Starting rate of pay is $18 an hour.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
• Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
• Report any facility issues
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations.
