Job Purpose and Responsibilities

• Achieve your monthly sales quota by selling wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.
• Provide outstanding customer service to both new and existing customers.
• Assist customers by troubleshooting, finding solutions, and recommending Cricket products that best fit their needs.
• Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the sale to build long‑term customer relationships.
• Act as a reliable team member and communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
