Centurion Health is seeking a FT Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Coastal State Prison in Port Wentworth, Georgia. The RN provides holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients under the direction of the Director of Nursing and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements include Associate's degree, RN license, CPR certification, and the ability to obtain security clearance including drug screen and background check.

• Must be CPR certified.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the DON and Nursing Supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.
• Maintain appropriate scope of practice and documentation accuracy.
