Job summary

Priority Management is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Ridgecrest Retirement and Healthcare Community in Waco, TX. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to residents per physician orders and ensuring compliance with nursing standards and regulations.

The successful candidate will lead licensed and non-professional staff, collaborate with the care team, and participate in a compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a current RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• IV Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations, as directed by the Director of Nursing.
• Lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in the delivery of direct Resident care and support functions.
