Job summary

Vanderbilt Health in Franklin, TN seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging in line with department policies to ensure quality patient care. New grads and experienced technologists are welcome; the role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, a full-time schedule, and no on-call requirements at the Franklin Orthopedic Clinic.

Responsibilities include verifying exam requests, maintaining safety standards, and assisting training of new staff while supporting continuous quality

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved radiologic technology program with basic imaging skills.
• Experience or ability to perform safe, compliant radiologic procedures.
• Willingness to participate in training and orientation of new staff.

Responsibilities

• Reviews radiology exam requests and patient identification to ensure safe, appropriate imaging.
• Applies broad range of skills to ensure exam is completed timely and meets quality standards.
• Provides appropriate screening according to prescribed safety standards.
• Assists in the orientation and training of new staff.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
