South Pacific Rehab Services is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in South Pacific Rehab Services’ CA facilities. Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant to apply. Compensation is $36.00 - $42.00 per hour, with SNF and long-term care settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
