Sharkey's Cuts for Kids Pleasanton is seeking two additional stylists to provide a unique haircut experience for kids and adults in a fun setting. Stylists can earn $25+ an hour while working in an environment designed for children, with entertainment options such as video games and themed vehicles.

The ideal candidate must have a current cosmetology license for California, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be committed to maintaining high-quality standards in service and cleanliness. Flexible hours with no late shifts are also part of this exciting opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current cosmetology license issued by the state of California.
• Must be friendly and experienced with kids of all ages.
• Capability to ensure all treatments meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform haircuts for kids and adults while ensuring a fun environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene practices throughout the salon.
• Manage appointment system and point-of-sale operations.

Job description

At Sharkey's Cuts for Kids, we know that kids and parents want something different with their haircut experience. So we provide it all: a superior haircut with warm, experienced stylists in a meticulously clean place filled with fun! Children can sit in a Dodge Police Cruiser, Barbie Jeep, Lightning McQueen Race Car, Buzz Light Year Vehicle, and/or Mini Cooper while watching their favorite cartoons.

Older kids can play Playstation 3 or 4 or X-box 360 on 40" screens while getting their haircut! Or just watch their favorite sporting events.

Sharkey's cuts for Kids is a Kid friendly Family salon where we do both kids and adults. We are looking for 2 additional stylists to join our team.

• Stylists following the Sharkey's program can earn $25+ an hour

• Ability to work with kids.
• Ensure all treatments meet high-quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the salon
• Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations.
