Job summary

TiraLine Health Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home settings, under BCBA supervision.

You’ll follow individualized behavior plans and collaborate with a care team focused on empowerment and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in education, psychology, or healthcare is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA guidance and follow individualized behavior plans.
• Provide parent coaching and be part of a care team focused on empowerment and growth.

What you will own:

As a Behavior Technician, you'll deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs. Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll follow individualized behavior plans, offer parent coaching, and become a part of a care team that's committed to empowerment and growth.

Your afternoons will be meaningful-sessions typically take place between 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM, and weekend availability is a plus!

Skills you will bring to the table:

• Passion for working with children and helping them thrive
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in education, psychology, or healthcare is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience in babysitting, childcare, special education, day care, camp counseling, or pediatric care is a bonus
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
