Porter-Starke Services in Valparaiso, IN is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Care Center. The role involves delivering medical treatment and personal care to adults, coordinating with physicians, and ensuring medicational policies are followed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Nursing required or preferred.
• Current Indiana RN license required or ability to obtain.
• 2 years’ experience in psychiatric nursing preferred.

Mansioni

• Interact with health care professionals and provide necessary care.
• Administer medications including injections.
• Review and document medication supplies and patient health status.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with the outreach team.
• Coordinate staff development and training on medication policies.
