Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license and immunization certification in good standing with the state board.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Comprehensive understanding of federal and state pharmacy regulations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and community care.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and verify prescriptions in accordance with state and federal laws, ethical standards, and company policies.
• Provide compassionate, knowledgeable counseling to patients about prescription and over-the-counter medications.
• Serve as a trusted connection between patients, healthcare providers, and your local community.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of patient and company information.
• Support and contribute to pharmacy growth initiatives and community outreach efforts.
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Administer immunizations and provide other health services as permitted by state law.
• Coach, mentor, and support pharmacy technicians and team members in delivering excellent service.
• Collaborate with store and pharmacy leadership to achieve operational goals.

The rate for this position is $53.85-$80.77 per hour
