Stop & Shop in Mansfield, MA is seeking a Pharmacist to lead accurate prescription processing, provide patient counseling, and support community health initiatives. The role emphasizes confidentiality, leadership, and teamwork in a busy community pharmacy setting.

The position requires a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, active pharmacist license, and BLS certification, with flexibility for various shifts including evenings and weekends.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately process and verify prescriptions in line with laws and policies.
• Counsel patients about prescription and OTC meds with compassion.
• Serve as a trusted link between patients, providers, and the community.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of patient and company information.
• Support pharmacy growth initiatives and community outreach efforts.
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance.
• Administer immunizations and provide health services as allowed by state law.
• Coach and mentor pharmacy technicians and team members.

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $53.85-$80.77 and will be commensurate with background, experience as well as internal equity.
