Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join the Women’s Therapeutic Residential Center in Henning, TN. The RN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision, working with a multidisciplinary team to address physical, psychological, and social needs.

The position is night shift (5:30 pm – 6:00 am), with benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, holidays, and education benefits.

Qualifications

• Tennessee RN license or ability to obtain license.
• Current CPR.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Tennessee Department of Correction.

We are currently seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to join our team at Women’s Therapeutic Residential Center located in Henning, Tennessee.

The RN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Registered Nurses work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological and social needs of the patient.

Pay rates range from $40 - $50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Tennessee RN license or ability to obtain license
• Current CPR
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Shift: Night shift - 5:30 pm to 6:00am, rotating weekends
