Job summary

Annual Dialysis Conference is seeking a BC/BE nephrologist to join a physician-owned practice in Erie, PA. The position offers a two-year partnership track and a strong earning potential with a private practice setup across hospitals, dialysis centers, and clinics.

Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO, complete Internal Medicine and Nephrology fellowships, and have or can obtain an active PA license; J1 visa sponsorship is available for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship.
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain one.
• J1 Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum nephrology care across hospitals, dialysis centers and clinics.
• Participate in inpatient and outpatient coverage with a balanced weekly schedule.
• Engage in medical directorship opportunities and leadership within the practice.

Join a well-established, physician-owned nephrology practice seeking a BC/BE nephrologist to join its growing team in Erie, Pennsylvania. The group consists of three full-time physicians, two part-time physicians, and a nurse practitioner providing comprehensive nephrology services across multiple hospitals, dialysis centers, and outpatient clinics throughout the region.

Schedule Designed for Balance

Physicians rotate one week of inpatient coverage followed by two weeks of outpatient clinic and dialysis rounding, creating a predictable workflow and reducing the daily fragmentation often associated with nephrology practice. Call is shared equally among the full-time physicians.
