This is a child-focused role centered on providing attentive care while supporting the baby's physical, social, emotional and intellectual growth and development in a calm, structured environment. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, patient, and genuinely passionate about their work as a nanny. Strong communication skills, a caring nature, and a sense of responsibility are essential, as this family values open communication and teamwork. Both parents work from home in a hybrid capacity and are easygoing, supportive employers who respect the nanny's role while remaining available as needed. Candidates should be comfortable navigating stairs in the home and letting the family's dog out of the home twice each day, if the parents are not home. The family is bilingual in Mandarin, though no additional language is required. Nannies must be COVID vaccinated to work with this family. This job has a January start date.
